Need old flower bed dug up -

Hello, I have an old flower bed in front of my house that I am looking to replace with river rock. I am looking for someone to dig up 1-2'' or so of the existing flower bed soil so I have more room for stone and weed block sheet. I have a shovel and wheel barrel that you can use, I would need the dirt dumped in my back yard. The area is roughly 60' long x 2' wide. I've attached a picture of the rough area that I need dug out. Please let me know what you will charge for this service. Thanks!
