Description
I've got an all new 500sf walkout basement in a 1940's house that needs prep and painting beginning Monday October 18.
This is new construction, new smooth drywall finish will need one coat of Kilz2 primer and two coats of finish paint rolled on with 1/2" nap roller cover.
Ceiling will be white, walls will be a light color.
Ceiling is 7 feet.
There are a couple of new pocket doors and 5 new prehung doors. Baseboard is 4". All of the doors and trim will need nails spotted twice, sanded nail spots, caulked, airless sprayed with two coats. Doors will be removed from jamb and placed in center of the open room to be sprayed.
I will provide all paint materials. Primer, paint, masking, 1/2" roller cover, putty etc.
When complete masking and trash to be put into our dumpster on the street.
Painters interested will supply their own airless, hand tools and must be skilled and have references.
Painters will need to fill out a 1099 and be paid by company check at completion after review and touchup by me of all steps of the work.
I usually have two paint jobs per month so this could be a win/win for whomever I hire.
Pay rate per hour working on jobsite is $35.00 per hour.
