Our backyard apple trees are loaded! The trees have never been sprayed and have minimal bugs (the fewest we have ever seen!)……some small wormholes. The apples are sweet enough to pick. I make apple sauce by simply de-coring and slow cooking…..easy and no peeling! Trees are about 25-30 feet high. We have an apple picker for high apples but bring a small ladder/stool if you wish to pick medium-high ones. We are near 75th and Baseline in Paul Nor.
