Looking for help with barn

We recently purchased our home and the barn is in a little bit of rough shape. Needing someone to help with replacing some boards, installing floors in the upper level, leveling the dirt floor inside, and other odds and ends. Also would need help removing a dilapidated shed. Also looking to build a run-in shed in our one pasture. Have the plans and supply list - just need someone to help build it. Would need someone honest and reliable. Would require some references or proof of work completed to prove that you're good with what we're asking. Located in Barren Springs. Thank you
