Kerry's Kitchen is a non profit organization dedicated to bringing top quality meals to independent senior apartment communities in waukesha, oconomowoc, brookfield, new Berlin, and South Milwaukee, with even more locations in the works! No nights or weekends, and off on holidays! Set hours, 10am-3pm Monday through Friday. Opportunity for extra hours as desired, either 8am starting or 5pm ending. Start and end at the Waukesha Elks Lodge. Proof of vaccination NOT REQUIRED. Masks are up to you. Pack meals according to daily pre-orders, load the provided delivery van, and follow a set route delivering the meals to independent senior living residences. Meals made fresh with top quality ingredients every morning - we are NOT meals on wheels. Come earlier than 10am to help with food prep, or stay later than 3pm to help with shopping for the next day's cooking ingredients. Pay is 10/hr plus tips and *all the unsold meals you want to take home*, potentially cut your grocery shopping bill in half! Great for a college student with morning and night classes, or a recent grad. Must be.. ...POSITIVE ...able to THINK ON YOUR FEET ...good at both teamwork and solo responsibly ...able to take initiative ...gracious and patient with the elderly community ...A GOOD COMMUNICATOR ...good at record keeping and basic math skills ...attentive to detail ...good at prioritizing ...basic computer skills, social media marketing skills, and/or web design ability is a plus but not necessary Must have a clean driving record, be willing to take a background check, and commit to this job for at least six months after training is complete. Paid training! Training should take anywhere from 3 to 6 weeks.
