An established Apartment Complex is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to add to the team! This position is responsible for supervising, directing and training all maintenance personnel. You will be responsible for assigning tasks as needed. Universal EPA certification REQUIRED. Certified Pool Operator (CPO) strongly recommended or must be obtained within six (6) months of hire. Must have experience in: HVAC- cleaning, repairing and replacement of coils, fans, blowers, controls, pumps, and compressorsAppliance RepairPlumbing - including the repair and/or replacement of disposals, drains faucets, etc.Painting and Patching ElectricalSwimming Pool - Maintenance/Repair- CPO Certification RequiredVendor and Subcontractor relationships - bidding jobs, making recommendations and reviewing workPhysical RequirementOccasional lifting up to 100 pounds with frequent lifting or carrying objects weighing up to 50 pounds.You must efficiently handle multiple projects simultaneously and obtain clear accurate results.Move quickly and with good coordination in order to meet deadlines, i.e., climbing stairs, walking properties and completing work orders.Bending, stooping, twisting, squatting, kneeling, stair climbing, descending, work on ladders, work on uneven terrain and work above shoulder level.Must be able to work weekends and respond to after hour calls.
