Leopard Gecko needs help

My cousin has a leopard gecko that I was able to get from them. They seem to not be fed enough, and they have shed skin stuck on their body. He didn’t even have a big enough cage for it. I’m not capable of caring for it, so I’m looking for someone that can give it all the love and care it needs. I’m located in Delco.
