SALARY $80k plus the potential for a total of 15% bonus, paid out quarterly, based on plantwide performance and company objectives. Be part of a small company where you can have great influence on outcomes. WORK HOURS Monday – Friday Nights 23:30-08:30 POSITION SUMMARY Our organization is searching for a Production Manager. The position will be accountable for managing 2 teams working 3 12 hour shifts Monday – Saturday night. This position will oversee all manufacturing functions on the floor including, production, quality, and safety. The Production Manager will be a key member of the overall management team and part of the EOS weekly meetings. This is a new organization; thus, this position will have the opportunity to help create the environment, systems, policies, and procedures in which they will work. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Training, coaching and developing employees. • Maintain and meet key performance indicators including production, safety, quality and personnel development. • Continuously improve manufacturing, safety, quality, and plant operating costs. • Help us grow the business and encourage each of us to grow our professional development capabilities.
