We are a real estate/property management company based in Dallas, TX 75218 seeking a General Laborer/Helper to assist with various projects full time. Our office manages residential as well as some commercial properties so there is opportunity for a variety of duties. No experience is needed, we will train! Great opportunity to get hands on remodeling/maintenance experience with a fun crew. Responsibilities • Assist completion on small to medium repairs, remodeling, and home improvement projects • Assist completion on work orders efficiently and in timely fashion • Perform tasks involving physical labor such as digging, painting, cleaning after work sites, etc. • Assist with miscellaneous projects as they occur Requirements • Must have current Driver's License • Must have reliable transportation • Must pass screening process which includes a background check *Applicants will be considered 1099 Independent Contractor*
