When People Need Money but don't have a lot of skills or work history, they look at Construction Labor GIGS Is that you? Is that your son or brother who's been playing too many video games this year? Maybe your partner or husband? I need to hire someone with some basic skills with property chores -- perhaps someone good around tools and fixing stuff. If you or someone you know has some prior construction labor experience - and they might like to LEARN A TRADE or LEARN HOW TO BECOME A REAL CONTRACTOR maybe I can help them expand their skill-sets for serious money making in the future - my paying labor GIG might be a good stepping stone. I have a lot of household chores (and some basic home remodeling projects to work on). I am a long time contractor who has had 100's of employees over the years. I can teach a willing person many good-paying skills. All they need to do is do some basic manual labor and construction-related chores at my project house. Many of my old employees - young men at the time -- were able to move on to take the CSLB Contractor's Exam and now have their own construction companies. I've taught basic to advanced: -- Plumbing, copper, Pex, main lines, sprinklers, -- Electrical work, panel and sub panel installs, Tesla charging stations, electrical safety (no need to be intimidated), -- MIG, TIG, Stick and Aluminum Welding (welding is fun, rewarding and profitable), -- Wrought Iron Fence making, Wrought Iron Electric Gates and Entry Door building, -- Carpentry, cabinetry, roofing, concrete forming, concrete finishing, raised patio construction, -- Bath and kitchen remodeling. -- CCTV Camera Installation, -- HVAC Installation, HVAC servicing, HVAC plenum and duct sizing and manufacturing, -- Skid Steer & Excavator skills. While I'd appreciate a laborer who has their own tools, I do have every possible tool -- COOL TOOLS -- for specific projects and more intense skills such as welding, HVAC, electrical and plumbing. If you need some daily money and you are looking at LABOR ADS because your skill sets are few and your experience not so much. We can work on that... If you are motivated and want to learn how to develop your OWN set of good-paying skill-sets -- so that you can make as much money as you can as your own business person -- consider working on my residential home improvements part-time or full-time (I'm flexible). Think of it as Contractor Boot Camp. Work on a home makeover (inside and outside) a few days a week for a few months and get your skills perfected. We can take pics of you doing the stuff you want to get paid for in the future so you have a resume and photo album of your own. If you are good and make a difference I'll even build you your own personalized website to showcase your skills and get some of your own jobs, Upshot. You can learn from me and I can learn frorm you.
