IRH Restoration is seeking a high energy, detail oriented and customer focused Water Damage Mitigation Technician to join our team. The Water Tech will provide emergency services to residential and commercial customers. We are a growing restoration company (we only perform water and mold/sewage cleanup - no reconstruction) looking for a reliable, ambitious individual to supervise the production of our projects and grow with our company - Must pass a background check (no felonies) and have a valid CA driver's license - IICRC certified is a Plus but not required (mold certification is a plus) We will Send you to WTR Certification Class - We are a customer service focused company, this requires great communication and organization skills - We are looking for a hard worker who gets things done and is able to manage a job efficiently (must be able to set up containment, perform clean demolition, be familiar with equipment and have general construction knowledge) - Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service - Must be available to be on call for after hour’s emergencies, work nights, weekends and overtime when required Call or text 714.318.7547 Salary: $19.00 to $24.00 /hour Depending on experience and Knowledge
