Description
I'm out of town and would like someone to tour an apartment or two for me and FaceTime with me during the touring. All places are approximately within a 15 minute walk of a Metro RedLine stop in Hollywood or North Hollywood.
If you can't FaceTime, it won't work.
I'd also have you ask the rental agent some questions.
$50 per apartment building I ask you to tour, for approximately 20 minutes of touring the unit, building and street.
I would pay you via the Zelle app (I just need a phone number or email to make the transfer.) Check to make sure your bank accepts payments from Zelle. This is the only payment option.

1. Email me with your availability this weekend and next week.
2. Then I'll arrange a tour and provide you the date/time and address.
3. We exchange phone numbers.
4. You FaceTime with me during the tour.
5. I'll pay you via Zella after the tour.
