We are looking for a responsible person who can assist with keeping all areas of the bakery clean and to the standards dictated by the Department of Health. The Cleaner is responsible for keeping a running inventory of all cleaning supplies and submitting purchasing requests when supplies get low. Essential Functions 1. Use cleaning supplies and equipment to keep the interior & exterior of the bakery looking clean and professional. Including but not limited to: Washing containers and assist with picking up trash, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, using industrial cleaning equipment to clean floors, cleaning and stocking bathrooms, cleaning windows. 1. Adhere to the company’s safety policies to create a safe work environment for everyone 2. Perform routine cleaning tasks based on a schedule 3. Reviews cleaning logs & inventory records to determine variety and quantity of supplies to order and equipment/materials to replace or remove. 4. Receives ingredients for production and other supply deliveries for all departments as required for daily operations 5. Cleans and maintains work areas, utensils, equipment, etc. 6. Detects and ensures disposition of spoiled or unattractive food, defective supplies/equipment, and/or other unusual conditions 7. Maintains supply records as required 8. Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned Shift is 10am - 6:30pm (Off days Tuesday and Wednesday)
