We are an LLC company that hosts people's Short Term rental apartments in the good neighborhoods of West LA and Santa Monica only! Currently we host 14+ apartments (1 bedrooms and 2 bedrooms only). Our yearly cleaning cost to our cleaners is between $60,000-$80,000 per year (What we pay to our cleaning crew). Our guests stays are usually as short as 2-3 days so they don't use much of the apartment and there won't be much cleaning. Almost all of the units have a washer/dryer inside the unit and we can also provide extra sheets and towels for you to bring in order to save time cleaning and make more money. The busy hours are usually from 11AM-3PM and we have work almost every day of the week. WE'RE LOOKING FOR A a highly motivated individual, group or family that wants to change their lives or their family's for the better by working hard and earning good money.
