Customer Service Representative American Vision Windows continues to be a growing company and looking to add an exceptional individual to the team! The customer service position is an essential role and the ideal candidate must possess strong customer service skills. An ideal candidate will possess the skills and ability to perform the following duties: • Construction Knowledge • Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude • Stay calm and focused and professional during stressful or tense interactions • Ability and desire to learn our products inside and out so that you can answer questions • Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints (heavy data entry) • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues • Desire to resolve customer complaints and unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction • Ability to work with strong personalities • Accuracy and attention to detail • Team player • Ability to diffuse tension • Attentive, dependable and coachable • Comfortable with computers; knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook as well as Salesforce & QuickBooks an advantage*** Full-time position with many benefits, starting at $18 contingent to industry experience.
