Hey Craigslist! Are there any peeps out there in the San Gabriel Valley (25-45) that know how to play/sing/write and want to be in a band? I am looking for "like-minded" people in my area. I have been playing guitar and singing for 15 years, been in a couple bands, but nothing too serious. I would like to put together a good set of originals, 8-10 songs, (maybe a cover in the set) and start playing some shows in L.A. and Orange county. Making a good quality demo would be on the list of things to do.... Influences: Volbeat, Misfits, Strung Out, Bad Religion, Good Riddance, etc. = basically, any good punk rock bands (with metal influences) that have great guitar work and solid vocal capabilities.
