Asbestos Project Manager and Supervisor o Manage and execute abatement projects per Scope of Work from inception to completion of the project o Report and document changes to the Scope of Work with Project Manager o Create, submit and track notifications and permit applications according to state and local requirements o Supervise the total demolition and abatement effort to ensure projects are completed in accordance with design, budget, and schedules o Must be able to document project invoicing, budget, and expenditures such as fee payment, waste manifests, and records, rental equipment, income/expenses to protect company interest and simultaneously maintain healthy relationships with clients o Must adhere and enforce strict safety requirements and have intimate knowledge of OSHA, NCDHHS and the company’s safety policies and procedures In order to qualify, candidate must possess: o Candidate must be in possession of a valid and current North Carolina State Asbestos Supervisor accreditation, current Asbestos Supervisor Training Certificate and a current Asbestos Physical and written physicians statement o A minimum 2 years of relevant environmental abatement and demolition experience o Commitment to work safety o Effective verbal and written communication skills o Basic understanding of Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel and Outlook o Valid driver’s license with clean driving history o Candidates must be able to work a flexible schedule with occasional weekends and have the ability to travel out of state and stay overnight o Bilingual or Spanish speaking is preferred Compensation o Salary based on experience o Quarterly bonuses based on performance o Company truck or mileage and insurance reimbursements are a possibility o Company laptop and other work-related peripherals will be issued
