Well established Self Storage company is looking for a Assistant Property Manager. The ideal candidate will be reliable and self-motivated. This position will assist the Property Manager with handling of telephone calls and walk-in inquires as well as show units. In addition, clean spaces as vacated to prepare for renting, clean hallways and grounds as needed. Assist Property Manager by ensuring the appearance of the property is customer ready by conducting daily walk-through and maintaining the property. Prior self storage experience preferred but not required. Flexible days and hours.
