GIG OFFERED: Patch & paint 410 SqFt condo. SEE VIDEO EXPLAINING.

I have a 410 Square foot condo in Woodside Village. I am looking for someone to patch & texture holes and paint the interior. I have a video which explains exactly what I want done. Please feel free to respond asking for the video. It is fairly detailed. WITH YOUR RESPONSE, PLEASE INCLUDE A PRICE IN THE SUBJECT LINE. (after you see the video) Please price with you bringing needed paint and supplies, and with me providing the needed supplies. No need to paint the back closet wall that is now a red color. Leave that the way it is. Not painting the bathroom. The holes are from stuff having been hung on the wall, Etc. Some of the holes are slightly larger screw holes from hanging wooden items on the walls. My understanding regarding the correct and best way to correct this is fill the holes with drywall mud using a putty or similar, let it dry overnight, then sand and paint. If you believe that a different procedure would be better, I would certainly want to hear about it. If you take the gig, you would need to be on time, based upon whatever time upon which we agree. I generally don't like getting started on these things too early in the morning. I prefer someone who lives as close as possible to the job site. Must arrive well rested, well fed, and sober.
