Job Duties and Responsibilities Maintenance Technician will be responsible, under the direction of Head Maintenance, for the overall maintenance of the Communities and all areas related to the day‐to‐day maintenance operations of the communities. Essential duties include but are not limited to: Primary Responsibilities • Monitor turns, vacant units and move outs • Maintain exterior appearance of property to present good curb appeal • Completion of work orders • Perform routine preventative maintenance to ensure that building systems and physical condition of asset doesn’t deteriorate • Perform routine trash pick-up daily • Record type and cost of maintenance or repair work needed • Plumbing, carpentry, drywall, insulating. • Basic electrical experience • Diagnose and repair of appliances, etc. • Will participate in on-call • All other duties as assigned Job Requirements Maintenance Technician must maintain a professional and courteous manner with residents, visitors, contractors and fellow employees. • Qualified candidates will only be considered with a resume!
