This is a 24/7 accessible studio located a block from the Flushing M stop. About the space: 7x10ft Good Wi-Fi w/ ethernet Central AC JBL monitors Yamaha stage piano Prophet synth Some acoustic treatment The room is perfect for songwriters, producers, or even someone teaching piano or other instrument lessons. Sometimes I even rent it out to people who just need a spot to do some work unbothered. Not suitable for band rehearsals.
