AGEism in Our Community- Encores and Employers Speak! We are hosting a community forum as a follow-up to our Common Ground discussion on AGEism in Our Community in July. The event will include a panel of current or previous encore participants and employers who have hired them. We’ve asked them to share stories of their actual experiences (from both job seeker and employer sides) and with the encore program. The goal is to introduce local employers and future encore participants to how E3 strives to combat ageism in the workforce and help meet the needs of workers at 50+ and area employers.
