End a Fall weekend with our Valhalla Dinner Series! For our next dinner, we welcome our friends from the north at Chuckanut Brewery. They join us on Sunday 10/24 for a five course dinner and beer pairing worthy of the gods!
We are stoked to be featuring a wide range of Chuckanut's beers, including some hard to find in the Seattle area. All five courses will include a 5-8oz beer pour.
There will be two sessions at 4p and 730p. The menu for the evening includes:
Warm Up: Savory blue cheese and dill panna cotta paired with Pilsner LagerFrom the Garden: House fermented sauerkraut with pickled apple and mustard seed paired with RhinebierFrom the Sea: Herb encrusted Ahi on barley and beet salad paired with Yellow Card Ale From the Pasture: Rinderrouladen with roasted parsnip puree paired with Rye Lager From the Baker: S’more Krumkakke paired with Rauch Helles LagerYou'll have the opportunity to hear from and engage with the brewers as well as our Executive (bearded) Chef, Jon, in an intimate setting.
If you are purchasing a single ticket and are part of a larger group, please let us know so we can pair you with them. Our ticket availability is based on tables available, so this really helps us out.
