His current responsibilities include leading product for Enterprise Capabilities, a shared technology services team, and he also operates as the head of user experience design. Jesse has spent over a decade working in the software tech industry, ranging from the creation of award-winning iOS and Android apps to consulting with numerous Fortune 500 companies in Greater Cincinnati and beyond. It was an eclectic set of interests and learnings that led Jesse into the world of technology. From studying electrical engineering in college to his first job in marketing, he gained a respect for every part of the creative process involved in bringing a software product to life. These learnings led to one of the most important aspects of his work today: creating an environment where teams are empowered to deliver the best products out there. While he loves tech and all the fun that comes with it, his true passion is developing leadership and inspiring the best work in others. Jesse grew up in Cincinnati and currently resides in Fort Mitchell, KY with his wife and five children.
