Ceremonial Cacao is the purest, and most natural manifestation of the Cacao plant- the same one responsible for any type of chocolate that you consume, but in minimally processed form. Unlike everyday chocolate, the ceremonial grade cacao contains no sugar or other additives and can bring out a calming, peaceful, blissful feeling in body and mind! A Cacao Ceremony is a warm and empowering community experience, joining people together to experience the healing and energetic qualities of Cacao while incorporating meditation, sound, reflection, conversation and connection. This ceremony will encourage you to connect with the spirit of Cacao by way of a guided heart-opening meditation and sound bath journey, chakra balancing, breath work, and of course, an exploration into the experience of tasting and reflecting on the Cacao itself. A unique, not-to-be missed evening that will leave you warm and cozy both inside and out! Please bring your own mat and any other props you would like for comfort, i.e. cushion, eye pillow, blanket, bolster, etc.. We will be sitting up as well as, optionally, lying down during this event. $55.00 in advance; $60.00 at the door.
