DC Public Library, Design & Construction Industry Day Please join DC Public Library, Capital Planning & Construction team for an Industry Day on October 21, 2021 in advance of the upcoming Design-Build solicitations including the new Congress Heights Library slated to replace the existing Parklands-Turner Library.
