A Barre fitness class and a beer is the perfect weekend event.
Barre is a full-body, non-impact workout that is highly effective and utilizes your own body for resistance and light weights. Barre has influences from Pilates, yoga, and dance. No experience is needed and it is for all fitness levels.
Bring a yoga mat, some water, and sunscreen, since class will be outside.
Then after class stay and have a beer on us. Ticket includes class and a beer.
