THIS IS AN OFFER FOR A FULL TIME POSITION WITH A WELL-ESTABLISHED COMPANY IN THE CONSTRUTION INDUSTRY ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Routine preventive maintenance activities • Maintains inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment • Cleans and preserves designated spaces, equipment, etc… • Performs ongoing preventive maintenance and minor repairs such as plumbing, minor electrical, ventilation and hardware • Maintains property grounds clean at all times • Get maintenance supplies when needed REQUIREMENTS • Pass Drug Test and Background check • Have a reliable pick-up truck and clean driving record • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, sit, squat, stoop or kneel, reach above the head and reach forward, grasp tools and climbs on to ladders, bend or twist at the neck and trunk more than the average person • The employee must be able to lift, move or push up to 50 pounds • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. • Ability to speak effectively with customers or employees of the organization • Be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines with severe time constraints COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS • Starting salary is $20.00 per hour, performance review in 90 days • Health benefits, Holiday Pay and Sick Time available after 90 days of full-time employment • Paid vacation available after 1 year of full-time employment REFERENCES • To apply for the position, please provide at least 3 work related references • Send your information including full name, phone number, availability to start and references
