October in-person event in partnership with Blueprint Medicines Hello OUTbio crew! I am thrilled to announce that our long-term partner and founding sponsor Blueprint Medicines has generously offered to host an in-person event on Tuesday October 19th from 4-6PM. This will be our first in-person event since February 2020! Activities will include LGBTQ trivia and a raffle to support the forthcoming OUTbio scholarship fund. Please arrive before 5pm in order to participate in the event activities. The event will be held outdoors in MIT University Park, a public space in front of Blueprint Medicines office, at 45 Sidney Street, Cambridge. Blueprint Medicines prioritizes the safety and well-being of its employees and the community - attendees are required to adhere to the following safety practices: Attendees must be fully-vaccinated to attend this event and bring a face mask with them.Upon arrival, attendees will check-in with the Blueprint Medicines Security Team and complete a health questionnaire. This questionnaire will ask attendees to confirm if they are fully vaccinated.During check-in, Security will provide each attendee with a sticker badge. This must be worn at all times during the event.When outdoors, face masks are optional for attendees. When indoors (to check-in with Security and use the restroom), attendees are required to wear a face mask at all times.Let's all do our part - if you are not feeling well, have COVID-19 or were recently exposed to COVID-19 ahead of this event, please stay home and prioritize your health.As always, the event is invitation only so if you know of someone that would like to attend but is not a member of OUTbio please have them email Ramsey at [email protected].
