Home needed for water monitor

Unfortunately my water monitor is in need of a new home. He is not handelable despite working with him quite extensively. He is about 2.5' total length and believed male. Eating f/t rats very well but rarely will take from tongs. Enclosure not included as he is due for an upgrade. I'm hoping someone more experienced and more able to interact might take him on (I work 12-16 hour days four days a week). Small rehoming fee to prevent people just trying to buy one at random, I will ask about your knowledge/set up/plans for him, no trades at all, and any messages simply asking about cost will be ignored. This is about getting him to the right hands, not making a buck. First pic is from today, middle from a month ago, last from when I got him (previous owner got him as hatchling from Backwater Reptiles)
