BATHROOM SINK AND SHOWER DRAIN PROBLEMS

BATHROOM: 1. SINK First the hot water dripped so we turned off the hot water source under the sink. A few months later the cold water started dripping. Now it looks like the pipes under the sink are starting to shift so they are not connected do each other directly, so we added tape. It also looks like the sink is coming loose from the wall, accounting for the apparent shift in the pipes. We want to replace everything involved. 2. SHOWER DRAIN The shower drain is clogged. We are back-to-back with the next unit in this building - we share the same drain in a Y shape. Please explain in detail what you would propose. Thanks Charlie
