Summary Delivers chicks to farms following DOT and company regulations. Principal and Essential Duties & Responsibilities Responsible for loading and unloading deliveries following company and bio-security procedures with using a Forklift. Retention Bonus $3,000 Payout - $600 @ 30 days $600 @ 60 days $600 @ 90 days $1,200 @ 6 months Minimum Education High school or equivalent Experience Requirements 1 - 2 years experience. Current CDL Class A license and certified by company safety department. Reading, writing and analytical skills. Experience Preferred Environmental Factors and Physical Requirements Exposed to all weather conditions. May have to handle up to 50 lb. stacks of chicks. Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs.
