Outdoor Project Mgrs/Scouts - Hiring 5 Persons (South Bend)
County Leaf Program is hiring Inspectors/Scouts.
Scouts manage a group of 5 vac crews from dispatch in the morning to refueling at the end of the shift.
Scouts go ahead of the leaf vac trucks and inspect for non-conformances and leave door hangers. Scout trucks also take video of the curb line to provide proof of service. Scouts track and measure their crews vs the minimum required performance benchmarks for all vac crews.
Daily routine includes driving township zones to insure services are provided in the most efficient manner.
Includes interaction with residents to assist in providing high quality service.
Interviews will be conducted wk of 10/28 at 12 noon and last approximately 30 minutes.
