Shelby is 13yrs old and has been missing since 10pm Tuesday after she dug out of her yard and was struck by a car. When the lady tried to help her she limped off into Crosby Village she was last seen on lovage. We have searched the area quite thoroughly and there is no sign of her. We believe someone has her. Please message if you have any info about her location or if you see her.
