This event is to honor Alan for the impact he has had on all of us. All proceeds will go to support his beloved family. On Sunday, October 3rd, our community was shocked to hear of the sudden passing of our friend, Alan Rader. Alan leaves behind his loving wife, Tracy, and his two amazing children, Destyn and Jaedyn. Alan always made it clear that his family was his very first priority... And the Chapel Hill Tennis Club was his second. Alan has had a tremendous impact on our tennis community, not just at CHTC, but around the Triangle area. His wife and children were everything to him, and this event is not only to honor Alan, but support the Rader family. All proceeds will go directly to the family. Thanks for your support and we look forward to seeing you on this special day for Alan and family. Schedule of events:10:00 am - 12:00 pm - Morning tennis clinic 12:00 pm-1:00 pm - *Lunch 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm - Afternoon tennis clinic 5:00 pm - *Dinner 5:30 pm - Exhibition matches The tennis clinics will be ran by various local pros from the other that have had the privilege to work with Alan at some point in their careers. Courts will be limited to 6 players/pro. Kids age 12+ are welcome!!! There are several options available you can register for: Morning session that includes lunch ($50)Afternoon session that includes dinner ($50)All day event that includes both sessions ($100)Not interested in playing tennis but want to come have dinner and watch some great exhibition matches ($50) Just want to watch tennis (make a donation) *Lunch and Dinner details will be announced soon! Rain make-up date will be Dec. 4th.
