Registration to attend Sunday Service on Sunday, October 24, 2021 As part of our re-opening, we are observing strict COVID-19 guidelines. If you register for this event, you must must meet the following pre-requisites: - Be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 and bring proof of vaccination to the church on the day of Sunday Service. - Confirm that you have not had contact within the last 14-days with someone who has travelled outside of the U.S. - Have not been in contact with someone diagnosed with COVID-19 within the last 14 days. - You are not currently suffering from any of the following symptoms: fever, respiratory illness, cough, sore throat, shortness of breath You will be required to answer a series of questions related to those outlined above. If you have not been COVID-19 vaccinated, been in contact with someone who has travelled outside the U.S. or been in contact with someone diagnosed with COVID-19 within the last 14-days, or have symptoms as outlined above; please do not register or come to the church , but contact your doctor for further medical assistance. The Men's Fellowship is one of the ministries at First Congregational Church dedicated to heightening the spiritual awareness of its members and serving the needs of First Congregational Church.
