Jack is a 10 year old, neutered purebred Border Collie. Born and raised with us, he has recently decided become a grumpy old man and wants to fight with our other dogs. We have switched from ranching to dog sledding, and Jack isn’t handling the increased size of the pack. This is a hard decision, but we are hoping to find an home for him with no other animals were he can happily warm up a couch or bed with his person. Broken leg at 5 months resulted in a plate and screws, never bothers him, but we also don’t leave him out in the cold. Good with adults, attempts to herd kids. Would prefer he goes to a couple or single person. He’s a great hiking companion. Have literally had him since his mom met his dad, so please ask any questions. No rehoming fee, just looking for the perfect fit.
