Learn the art of paint pouring as you bring to life your own winter deer cut out at Mentor Brewing on November 13th. We are thrilled to be offering a new type of painting workshop at Mentor Brewing on November 13th beginning at 6pm! During this painting workshop, your artist Cory will introduce you to the art of paint pouring! With the use of acrylic paints and a pouring medium, you will be creating your own abstract masterpiece! You will begin with a wooden cut out of a deer which you can then choose to bring to life with your choice of 4 colors to paint pour. This could be a Holiday/Winter theme, or you can keep it toned down and rustic. You will also be supplied with battery powered LED lights in which you will be able to string across the antlers later on after the project is completely dry. Please note that the project will take a full 24 hours to dry. Your project will be sent home in the drip pan you're creating it in. Just to be safe, I would recommend bringing some newspaper/plastic to put down in your car for the ride home. Included in your ticket is also a tasting of an beer on tap of your choice! If you would like to enjoy any food during this workshop, you may order anything you'd like into the brewery, or bring your own snacks. There is many food options right around the area to order out and bring in. There is a brand new Pizza place right next door as well.
