Noon- 1- Lunch 1:00- Mock Trial (Jill Jensen-Welch & Rachel Soderstrom)Have you ever wondered how it feels to testify at trial in an employment case, under less-than-friendly cross-examination from a former employee’s attorney? This session will give you a peek at it. The testimony will cover FMLA claims.
