Tool shed has rodents, needs to be patched, and cleaned

We have a small (20sqft) wooden tool shed on our property. Over the summer it appears that some rodent's have made it in. Looking for someone to: 1. Empty the shed 2. Clean the shed 3. Find and patch any holes that rodents may be entering through 4. Put tools and items back in shed neatly. Located in Forrestville right off River Road before the bridge. Willing to pay via Zelle/Venmo.
