2. 4 hr weekdays per month (Monday, Weds or Fridays - day to be determined when hired) 8 hrs total monthly $35.00 an hour Paid monthly at the end of month I'm located in Guerneville off of Neeley rd Duties to include regular gutter and roof cleaning, repair of any issues found Cleaning of property drainage ditch as needed Lots of tree pruning to be done as time allows Lots of painting, interior and exterior to be done as time allows Plus misc general carpentry, electrical and plumbing as needed and time allows I'm a disabled elderly homeowner who has typically done most of the work on my charming river bungalow myself. I'm no longer able to handle it all myself so my father has very generously made this possible for me by offering to pay whomever I hire.
