Havas Street is hiring a Part-Time Field Specialist - local to SF - for a major adult beverage. As the Field Specialist, you will be responsible for building brand awareness, promoting the brand and leading a team of Brand Ambassadors in your market with the execution of on-premise/ off-premise sampling events. Markets to oversee: SF (primary market) and Sacramento (secondary market) Position details: • Competitive Weekly Salary | W2 Employee +Mileage, phone and internet stipends • Part-time Up to 29 hours weekly – potential to become a full-time role • October 2021 – First week of January 2022 (possibility of extension) Responsibilities: • Oversee the successful execution of the sampling events to achieve sales and promotional program goals • Responsible for staffing all sampling events and assist with recruiting & training Brand Ambassadors when needed • Manage and maintain team local brand ambassadors (15-20) and ensure they are fully trained, have all sampling supplies and ready for each sampling event • Manage local storage unit which will include staff uniforms, giveaways and event assets which include sampling carts • Complete program reports including taking & collecting event recaps, event photos and key event data • Handle day to day operations of sampling program – be our main point of contact to your team of brand ambassadors as well as accounts where sampling events are taking place • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with local sales and distributors; manage local accounts • Report to Regional Manager with weekly reports to keep track of market goals • Attend & spot checks brand ambassadors at events; willing to step in as Brand Ambassador when needed MUST: • Have 1 – 2 years of previous management exp. in the liquor/beer industry • Be local to SF, but willing to travel to secondary market as needed • Be able to work up to 29 hours weekly and heavily on weekends • Bring a team of reliable Brand Ambassadors • Have a reliable vehicle To apply, respond with your name and a current resume!
