Part-Time position, starting at $20/hr. Review after 90 days. All shifts begin at 8am. Biohazardous Janitorial/Custodial Position Sanitizing, vacuuming, sweeping, dusting, and mopping of floors and all touch point surfaces. This individual will also be responsible for the cleaning and sanitizing of bathrooms, emptying all trash cans, replacing liners and cleaning receptacles, as necessary. Biohazard cleaning includes the cleanup of blood, bodily fluids and other potentially infectious materials, including working in COVID-positive environments. Technical Responsibilities of the Job Must be able to comfortably & dependably operate janitorial tools, equipment, and supplies including but not limited to motorized floor cleaner, floor buffers, etc. All employees are expected to immediately communicate problems encountered as they pertain to Safety, Quality, Cost and Delivery standards. Ability to work independently and as part of an evolving team. Requirements Valid Driver's License - Applicant will not be considered without a VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE. No more than 1 moving violation in the past 37 months Knowledge of Commercial Janitorial a plus.
