Responsibilities: Working in our positive team environment, you will be an integral member of a crew installing water conservation systems at residential customers’ homes and commercial businesses. You will help ensure accurate and timely installations, update Project Managers on projects, and utilize best installation and safety practices. As a Water Champions System Installer, you will: Assemble and install greywater, rainwater, and water treatment systems Connect these systems to necessary electrical and plumbing hookups Handle project cleanup Test and monitor systems to ensure successful implementation Qualifications: We’re seeking detail-oriented, highly motivated team players with: Construction, plumbing, or installation-related experience Ability to follow instructions, learn quickly, and know when to ask questions Experience working outdoors under various weather conditions Ability to transport materials and equipment to complete assigned job tasks (up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 100 pounds with assistance) Good writing and documentation skills Ability to use Smart Phone apps Professional appearance and good customer relation skills Passion for helping customers conserve water At Water Champions our pay is competitive (hourly part-time to full-time employee), and we offer excellent training at Water Champions University, career advantages that include performance bonus potential, a fun, collaborative culture, and the ability to move up in job title and responsibilities as we grow.
