CLEAN FREAKS WANTED! Residential & Commercial Cleaning Lead Clean Safe! JOB DESCRIPTION Seeking another Team Lead for our growing residential and commercial cleaning business. As a team lead, you'll foster the ecomaids culture through clear communication, teamwork and excellent customer service. Successful candidates are service-minded, lead by example and take pride in a job well done. Assist with coordinating cleaning schedules & route assignments Provide leadership & coaching to cleaning team while working side-by-side Organize & assign tasks on-site; Perform job quality review Interact with clients with a pleasant, positive attitude, answering questions & discussing requests. Be comfortable & discreet in client homes Load & maintain supplies for jobs, Ensure supply inventory Maintain company vehicle cleanliness & report any issues to management Drive our vehicles. (Occasional personal vehicle use may be necessary depending on daily schedules. reimbursed per mile) Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills with customers, co-workers & management REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Housekeeping, Custodial, Residential or Commercial Cleaning experience required, Previous experience in a leadership role desired *Must be* Covid vaccinated or willing to get vaccinated within 40 days of hire date Authorized to work in the US Valid Driver’s License Dependable transportation to our office Must be able to lift 15 pounds Must demonstrate reliability, trustworthiness & punctuality HOURS & COMPENSATION & BENEFITS: Full-time & Part-time positions available with regular hours Monday-Friday (8a-5p).
