Trumps poor leadership. Biden and the democrats did not accrue this massive debt. These 2019 and 2020 bills we are trying to pay. Republicans like to call themselves fiscal conservatives and they may have been decades ago, but Republicans spend more than democrats these days. The big difference is, Republicans spend in ways that benefit the wealthiest Americans. Democrats spend in ways that benefit the majority of Americans. A year from now, we can analyze and criticize Biden's spending for 2021. But right now, we are dealing with Trumps ridiculous spending coupled with his huge tax breaks (economic deficit). How many times has Trump himself gone bankrupt? 6? 7? I forget. We all know that Trump is not good at economics or balancing budgets. I have been in business for 35 years and never gone bankrupt once. I have never once been late on a payment to a single of my vendors or employees paychecks. It's really not that hard to run a sound business. But Trump has struggled with this his entire life. Business is not Trumps forte Trump supporters must come to terms with the fact that Trump is NOT a great busniess man. A crappy businessman can still be a good leader, he just needs to hire the right people to handle the budget and the number crunching. Trump never did that. So he failed. And now we are all suffering due to his failure. It's cool. We will get this cleaned up. But don't try to blame our current economic crisis on the democrats. That would be like trying to blame your ex-wife for your own careless spending.
