Allowing our feminine power to come alive. Let's share stories, dance, breath-work, and of course somatic movement. 18+  Armentality Movement Arts Center is the home and vision of artistic director and owner Laura Armenta, lover of movement disciplines, dancer, choreographer, yogini and passionate educator. Armentality Movement Arts Center offers education in many dance forms, holistic disciplines, fitness and yoga. It also serves as performance venue and creative space for  for artists of different media.
