Searching for research participants

Hello! Thank you for taking time to help with my research! I'm Katrina, currently studying User Experience & User Interface Design. For my capstone project, I'm looking at ways to improve focus on important tasks and minimizing distractions away from those. For this, I am looking for participants to take part in keeping a record of them doing tasks, what distractions they faced, how they got over them, and talking to me more in-depth about them. All this will be online communication via email, sharing records using google drive, and talking through zoom.
