WALLINGFORD, CT — The following information has been provided by the Wallingford Police Department and does not indicate convictions: David E. Gavin, 50, of North Turnpike Road, Wallingford, was arrested Sept. 4 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs, possession of narcotics and improper turn/stop – no signal. He was released after posting a $1,500 bond with a court date of Oct. 8, according to state judicial records. Joseph P. Criscio, 60, of Cooke Road, Wallingford, was arrested Sept. 4 on a charge of sixth-degree larceny. He was release on a promise to appear in court on Oct. 18. Nisaiah D. Thibodeau, 21, of South Main Street, Middletown, was arrested Sept. 4 on a charge of violation of a protective order. He was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of Feb. 25. Alexis P. Perez, 27, of Colony Place, Meriden, was arrested Sept. 6 on charges of operating under the influence of alcohol/drugs and failure to obey stop sign. He was released after posting a $1,500 bond with a court date of Oct. 22. Yahaira A. Martinez, 37, of Beaver Street, New Britain, was arrested Sept. 7 on charges of third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace. She was released on a promise to appear in court on Oct. 13. Sarah Hulett, 36, of Ridgewood Road, Wallingford, was arrested Sept. 7 on charges of risk of injury to child, disorderly conduct and third-degree assault – victim elderly or other. She was released after posting a $1,500 bond with a court date of Nov. 4. Dominique R. Riccitelli, 26, of South Cherry Street, Wallingford, was arrested Sept. 8 on charges of risk of injury to child, second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault. She was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of Dec. 2. Horacio Viveiros, 49, of South Main Street, Wallingford, was arrested Sept. 9 on a charge of second-degree breach of peace. He was released on a promise to appear in court on Nov. 4. Robert L. Mack, 61, of Newton Street, Meriden, was arrested Sept. 10 on a charge of third-degree burglary. He was released after posting a $2,000 bond with a court date of Oct. 29. Daniel G. Horowitz, 58, of Knollwood Drive, Wallingford, was arrested Sept. 13 on two counts of second-degree failure to appear. He was released after posting bonds totaling $5,250 with a court date of Oct. 8. Michaela R. Gogliettino, 27, of Green Street, Wallingford, was arrested Sept. 13 on a charge of first-degree violating conditions of release. She was additionally charged with disorderly conduct. She was being held in lieu of a $10,000 bond with a court date of Nov. 12. Michael Canto, 39, of Main Street, Wallingford, was arrested Sept. 13 on charges of second-degree threatening, violation of protective order and second-degree breach of peace. He was released after posting a $5,000 bond with a court date of Oct. 21.
