NORWICH — A Norwich resident is $10,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in Groton earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery. On October 5, Judith Osga, of Norwich purchased a 10X Cash 15th Edition ticket from the Bridge Package Store in Groton and won $10,000.
